Only regular priced items may be exchanged; sale items cannot be exchanged*. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If it is approved, then your exchange will be processed as soon as possible.
*Also, limited edition or special items, and items purchased during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sales Event are not eligible for exchanges.
