Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded*. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the order date.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the subtotal amount of your original order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
*Also, limited edition or special items, and items purchased during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sales Event are not eligible for refunds.
